"We had a wonderful time at Hotel Heliconias recently. Me and my two best friends came to celebrate my 50th birthday and we can't say enough good things about this hotel, the staff and the exceptional service. From the moment we arrived we were taken care of by Diego and Alejandro. Check in was seamless, the rooms were clean and well equipped, the breakfast was scrumptious and believe me when I say this was the best breakfast of our entire week in Costa Rica. The service was impeccable....

"The staff seem to be genuinely kind and caring people, from the front desk to the landscape staff and everyone in between. Can’t say enough about the property. The staff was helpful with scheduling activities, and no fault of theirs that the activity wasn’t as advertised. We rode horseback to the waterfall meaning we rode horses up one side of a mountain and had to walk down to the waterfall and back up, was told it was 400 steps and it was literally 9000, straight down and back up. "

Little kitchen with everything you need in each unit, plus, you get access to their main kitchen if you need any extras. Breakfast is a dream, freshly made. Pool was refreshing surrounded by lush and nature. We didn’t go to the spa but seemed relaxing in the middle of nature "
