"The stay was good . But I had to leave 6 days early due to the Carona Virus. Nadia at the front desk told me on the phone, I would get a 6 day credit the next time I stayed at the Morazan. But I havent gotten an email stating that. Can Hotels.com get me an email staing that?"

"The bathroom in the room need renovation since it not functional and extremely old. Also don't expect hot water for your shower between 10AM and 4pm since they shut it down during that time. It also a little bit noisy due that you are on the corner two major roads. So overall if I had to go back to La Fortuna I would choose another hotel."

"Hotel was in good clean condition, staff were nice and the included breakfast was good! The road in front of this hotel is a nightmare with traffic so plan to add at least 20 mins on to the trip anywhere. The room we had was situated right by the check out desk .Since there are no elevators, starting at about 5am I could hear people dragging suitcases down the stairs, talking loudly, and kids screaming. I am a deep sleeper living in Manhattan and this was still extremely irritating woke me up...

"I am not sure if we received VIP. perks but the property, food, staff, and room were awesome. It was like a little oasis in a bustling but laid back area.
