"The rooms were perfect but the staff was nothing less than amazing. We were 15 to 20 minutes from everything we wanted to do and the staff was very knowledgeable about the area. What we underestimated was Lon's (the on site resturant). We could had enjoy 3 meals a day!! We had a late flight and they let us use the grounds till it was time to head to the airport. A first class experience all round!!"

"The staff was amazing and catered to any request made. Location is great, slightly away from uptown traffic with great views of Thunder Mountain. Breakfasts were outstanding. Rooms were super roomy and each one has it’s own motif."

"From arrival to departure, from housekeeping to wait staff, to bellmen & front desk, every person who worked here offered smiles and outstanding service. The property was immaculate. With a Dean Martin/Palm Springs vibe, it was like going into the past but with every modern amenity. Location was just blocks from everything in Old Town. Dozens of great restaurants in walking distance. Will definitely return!"

"The Sanctuary is a lovely property! Our suite was marvelous. Loved the pool and spa, and Elements dinner was delish. The only knocks were the step down areas in our suite - prefer to not have different levels - the natural stone steps in front of our entry were also potential trip hazards because there was a big gap right in the middle. The hot tub in the women’s spa area was out of commission. But other than those things, we loved everything about the property and our super spacious suite....

"The Clarendon Hotel was a pleasant place to stay. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The hotel has a GEM of a restaurant, The Azlin! We enjoyed a memorable dinner of flavorful food, then had a nice soak in the sizeable hot tub. The only problem we had was the toilet in our room had a wonky flusher. We resorted to removing the lid and flushing it by lifting the rubber flapper. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. "
