We arrived later in the day, and upon seeing that we were waiting behind a customer, the Concierge Brett offered to help us check in. I had made a mistake in booking my room (I booked the accessible room accidentally), and he was so kind, efficient, and professional in the way he helped us. He went above and beyond and was SUPER pleasant! It was refreshing and such a welcoming experience. Also, the breakfast in the morning is excellent, and the amenities in the room are perfect. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and felt like I was at home away from home. "
