"The hotel itself was great with everything we needed. Unfortunately we were located next door to a very loud and disrespectful guests that proceeded to party until the early morning hours which was extremely disruptive and made our first night miserable. We called the front desk, complained and the party quieted down for about 20 minutes and then went back to full force. "

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place in Tempe. Very nice hotel. Very clean. Loved our room with a king size bed and a comfortable L-shaped sofa. Nicely designed room. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time for breakfast or the gym so can’t comment on it. Front desk young ladies were nice and professional."

"Nice location. Clean and modern hotel. Paid parking in parking garage but they allowed me to park and charge at the ChargePoint charger outside the hotel. Charging is not free it is 25 cents /KWh. Our sofa bed would not come out and it took them an hour to send someone up but they compensated by providing another room. Overall good experience."
