"The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and very helpful. Whether it was a waiter, front desk staff or bell hop everyone was looking for any opportunity to provide quality service for us. The hotel is very quiet and the room was clean upon arrival. The only thing I didn't like was the location of the hotel because it was not super walkable to the old town area and the shuttle only offered service between 12-8 pm (which was not super convenient). "

"Everything was excellent except the restaurant. Terrible. Slow. Eat somewhere else. We tried 2 breakfasts, lunch and 2 dinners. Dinners were the worst by far. Over an hour to get simple foods like salads and burgers. The grounds are divine. The spa is a dream. The rooms are lovely! Would stay here again without question "

"We had reservations at another hotel when coming to visit Scottsdale, Az for a medical appointment. At the last minute we had to find another hotel. We booked within minutes literally and drove down there to very understating staff when we checked in .. The room was great for the price that we paid! We didn’t expect the service that we got at this hotel ! We will let The Mayo Hospital know to refer all there patients to this hotel !"

"This was pretty much my favorite place to stay our of all the hotels I stayed at on this 12 day vacation. If I were staying in the Phoenix area longer, I would definitely recommend it. The front desk staff is very nice. I do not remember the young blond petite woman's name, but she was very nice and answered all of my questions. The room was remodeled and a nice room to stay in. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were nice. The room did not really have a view, but we were only staying there for one night and it was close to the airport. We stayed on the 4th floor, but if you want a balcony you should stay on floor 2 or 3 and ask for a courtyard view. There is a pool in the courtyard area and floor rooms that have direct access to this area. We did go into the pool, which was pleasant as was the hot tub (although it could maybe be 2 degrees warmer). There is a nice outdoor fireplace to help you dry off and keep you warm afterwards. The ambiance of the pool area is very nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel, which was pretty good. There were not a lot of options, but it was tasty, We had the nachos for an appetizer, which was excellent. The green chile chicken rice bowl was tasty too. My husband had the tacos and my son had the burger which they said were good. The chocolate cake was pretty good too. Overall, I would recommend this as a great place to stay."

"This was an incredible resort to stay at for our family vacation. The kids really enjoyed the water park and pools. The lobby area is fancy, there is a Starbucks onsite and a full service Starbucks within walking distance. The resort is located next to many different activities and restaurants. The room we stayed in was spacious and cleaned everyday. The grounds, walkways were always clean, staff were super helpful and kind."
