We have stayed here 2 other times 8 and 10 years ago. They have let this place go horribly. It is a poorly maintained apartment complex. Dirty. Our balcony was so covered in old bird crap it could have been shut down by the health department. Room service was awful—asked for several things- zero follow up. They actually never came back. Asked for our room to be cleaned- in 4 days they came only came the first day. The pool staff is great- the pool is nice. Other than that I would absolutely NOT recommend staying here at all, ever again. We recommended 2 of our friends travel there with us, I was embarrassed by the recommendation.

My first time visiting the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort was exceptional, and I can’t recommend it enough. The location is stunning, nestled among picturesque mountains with breathtaking views. The property is beautifully maintained, with multiple pools that are perfect for relaxing or enjoying the warm Arizona sun. The staff were attentive and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with amenities that made it feel like a true getaway. Dining options on-site were varied and delicious, adding to the overall experience. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, a family-friendly resort, or a spot for a romantic getaway, the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort is an excellent choice. I’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful property, it reminded me of Italy. It's very quiet, we couldn't hear our neighbours. The only two things are: -I wish the bathroom in our room was more clean when we arrived. It had somebody's hair on the shower wall and the hair drier in the sink cabinet had stains on it. - two pools near our building were closed during the entire four day trip:(

This property is very nice 20 years ago. It appears the only patch the problems Paint is inconsistent No one arrived when we complained about the air-conditioning

Very hilly. Large resort, beautiful pools and golf course. Did not like our reservation being canceled and it was already paid. No one could explain why the reservation was cancelled or by who.

The property and surrounding are was awesome. The view from our room was fabulous. This is our new favorite resort in AZ. Also, the location is conveniently located near amenities.
