"Every time I stay here, which is usually once or twice a month, I have a TERRIBLE experience at the bar. I try not to complain but last night I sat for about 15 mins at the bar until I had to ask for a menu and drink. The bartender said oh sorry my brain is still on vacation. "This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "
