Little things like daily breakfast options, coffee/sugar, ziplock baggies, condiments, chip clips, and the Red Rocks parking pass - very kind and most appreciated when traveling. Terry was a stellar host - very informative and communicative. We are sun up/sun down hikers and have stayed at lots of different places. This was a pleasant surprise, and I highly recommend. "

"We liked the location. We were given the wrong password for wifi, there was 1 1/2 bathrooms not 2 like advertised, floor tiles were loose in upstairs hallway, soap dispenser was falling off wall, we ran out of toilet paper and dish soap, missing one remote for tv, dishes were dirty in the cabinet. We contacted the service manager for remote, toilet paper and soap but got ni response. He did give us the correct wifi. "

"This place was advertised as a resort but it was literally what looked to be a rundown apartment building that was turned into a hotel. The room was advertised as a suite and it was a one room apt that haas terrible water pressure, only a small love seat for seating, and a very uncomfortable bed. "
