"Rihga Gran Kyoto is a 4-star hotel that may be deemed as a boutique five-star property. The property is situated a stone’s throw away and approximately 5-minute walk from the Kyoto Station. In navigating the direction to the hotel, allow plenty of time to get lost in the central station as there are numerous exit and entry points. "The hotel is very nice and clean. The room has very good size for two people. My room has excellent city view. The staff is very friendly and super helpful! My sister lost her necklace while showering. The staff tried their best to help her to look for it. Although it was not found but we really appreciate their efforts! The location of the hotel is perfect and close to everything. We love the stay."

"This was a great location for a visit to Osaka, located directly above the Namba station and many transit lines. The staff spoke English reasonably well, and were focused on service. It took me about a day to get oriented to the massive underground shopping center and transit hub and the connected buildings, but once I did, it was easy to navigate. Also easily walkable to Dotonbori is a popular entertainment district in Osaka, Japan, known for its nightlife, shopping, and street food. The breakfest buffet on the top floor of the hotel offered a great selection and stunning views, and was handled very efficiently. Overall, a great experience. I would stay here again."
