"A well appointed apartment style property with video self check in. There was nothing I found lacking inside the suite - all kitchen and laundry supplies are provided, for example. Property is clean and modern. Cons - the wait for the single elevator can be long at times. The walls appear to be quite thin as well."

"it is a nice hotel with a friendly staff. The location is a little out-of-the-way so you will have to use an Uber or taxi to get to most of the sites. The train to Nara is about an 11 minute walk from the hotel. I took a taxi to the Gion one day, but walk back to the hotel after strolling through the Gion area and Potocho Alley (not sure the spelling of that) and it took me a half hour to get back to the hotel. They offer you free laundry, which is on the first floor near the elevator, but there...

"This was a fantastic stay for us as a family of 3. Heaps of space, comfy beds, and great to have a kitchen and dining area. The apartment was a nice change to have some space over a hotel room. Quick walk to grocery store, metro and everything around Dotonbori!! Highly recommend. "

"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"Tldr: the actual place reflected the price. Nothing explicitly wrong but the pictures advertising it were deceptive. Nothing explicitly wrong with the place, i think the pictures used by the property were a little deceptive but considering the price I wasn't upset. It was a very secure and convenient location. "Had some issue getting into the building on arrival and was resolved after calling the support. Overall smooth stay. Convenient location was a plus. Would repeat next time."

"We can not rate this hotel highly enough. The staff went out of their way to assist us whenever they could. My wife hurt her leg whilst we were travelling and they organises a doctor's appointment and taxi to the clinic for us. Travelling with two kids, this hotel also gave us the more western experience of partitioning their room from the main living area. Beds were comfortable and the whole hotel is modern and clean. Easy walk to public transport and plenty of options for food and shopping."

"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. They have a strict check in policy where you can’t get in one minute before the schedule check in time and the lobby gets filled with 100 people or more all waiting to check in, but they have five check in kiosk so the check-in goes fairly fast. They have a decent breakfast buffet that also gets really crowded. Even if you go as soon as it opens there will be a line. I don’t know if that’s cultural, but everybody seems to want to have their breakfast early so...

Great hotel , for a Universal visit and Osaka

"Amazing hotel , best of our two week stay in Japan . The staff were lovely and very helpful in all aspects , from Check in , Concierge, and Cleaning staff . The hotel is super convenient for a Universal visit and much nicer being away from the maddening crowd of Universal City walk hotels . We got a great room facing the Bridge and Ferris wheel light display , with a great ledge to watch it from every night ! Thank you for a great stay for our family , with adjacent rooms , both upgraded , amazing 😻. 7-11 store next door and station straight across the road , one stop to Universal City . We did not get time to visit the Public baths or Rooftop lounge , they looked great ."
