"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lopesan Costa Bávaro, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The hotel itself is a stunning piece of architecture, with beautiful landscapes and a serene atmosphere that immediately puts you in vacation mode. The service throughout the resort was impeccable, particularly in the buffet and various restaurants. One standout was Christopher Gonzalez, who was doing great ice cream rolls—such a fun and delicious treat! The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly accommodating, making sure that every meal was enjoyable. Additionally, another gentleman at the front desk, who spoke four or five languages, was exceptionally nice and helpful, enhancing our overall experience. However, I did have a negative encounter with Jose Alicia, who was in charge of the Bali beds at the pool. He was quite rude and even threatened to call security on us, despite the fact that it was our first day and we hadn’t done anything wrong. We had simply placed our belongings on a Bali bed because all other sunbeds were occupied. His approach could have been more polite, as there are definitely better ways to interact with guests than resorting to threats. This incident left my daughter feeling very scared, which was unfortunate and overshadowed the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. On a positive note, the food was consistently great, offering a wide variety of options that catered to different taste"

"This was our first visit to Punta Cana. The beaches were beautiful. The service was impeccable. The property was beautifully maintained. The drinks were very high end and perfectly done. The food was good, not great. We were not able to get a reservation at the restaurants we chose. Even though we tried immediately, as directed. Our butler was very helpful, Angel. We booked a suite with a king bed for 3 people. The room was set up for 2. We explained our situation the entire trip, and felt shame from the staff. Probably not intentional. So we made due. The pools were very nice! The buffets were very nice. We will return "

"we loved this property as a family of 5- 4 year old twins and a 1 year old. The water park area was great for them. we enjoyed the multiple pools and the long walk to the lobby- seeing all the wildlife. downsides was the food wasn't that great- and was very difficult to get reservations at any restaurants. but no one got sick which is always good. staff was good but very limited English for the waitstaff. Also no elevators for the rooms so plan accordingly if bringing a stroller. "
