"Everyone was exceptional friendly, courteous and professional. Helped us find a great restraint, helped with luggage and gave wonderful advice. Loved the long coats and Bowler hats on the footmen."
"My recent stay at Hotel Le Soleil was exceptional, exceeding my expectations in several key areas. The location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions and dining options. The room itself was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, offering a relaxing environment after a long day of exploring.
What truly set Hotel Le Soleil apart was the outstanding service. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Their knowledge of the area and willingness to offer recommendations were invaluable.
Overall, my experience at Hotel Le Soleil was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay with exceptional service. I look forward to returning in the future.

"Clean comfortable room with a beautiful view of the harbourfront. Check in was painfully slow which was exhausting to wait in a line that long after a 6 hour flight and travel from the airport. Paying that much for a hotel room, check ins should be prompt. "
"Very spacious. Excellent area to stay in if you are going to an event near by at Rogers Arena or BC Place. You are paying for convince. Parking lot not easy to get to via GPS and very tight if you have a truck. Great place to stay."
"One of the cleanest and most beautiful cities I've been to. Hotel was in a very convenient location to the cruise ships and many terrific restaurants."
"This is an outstanding, classic and very elegant old school hotel in the center of downtown. It reminded us of the Plaza in NYC. Much is easily accessible, including Gastown and the waterfront. If you travel light and have a cruise booked, you can even easily walk to the docks and check in to your ship, though cabs are abundant. We booked a suite and were given a room that was impeccably appointed, not to mention spacious, with a huge walk-in closet and windows with multiple views of the city - one of the best rooms we've ever had. As for the staff, we've rarely encountered greater courtesy and professionalism. This is truly a 5 star hotel without pretentiousness. We couldn't recommend this hotel more highly. "
