"Wyndham has purchased this hotel, but done absolutely NOTHING to improve the quality of the hotel. It is more run down than it ever was before when it was just the Chicago South Loop Hotel (not the Wyndham Chicago Mccormick Hotel). The people who work at the hotel are wonderful. They are professional, kind, helpful, and caring. The general infrastructure is just old and things need to be replaced or updated like carpeting, paint on walls, and fitness center equipment. "We just stayed for one night. But the location was pretty awesome. One can easily walk for 20 mins and hit some major places to be. In and out was pretty smooth. And the cleanliness and the towel arrangements were impressive. Something which brings a satisfaction to the customers."
