This hotel is an old hotel that has been renovated. It does have a nice restaurant/bar and coffee bar, which was nice but the room still felt very old.

Room service was very good. The Gavel restaurant has the best service & food . I felt safe but the next door people had their tv blasting until 11 they kept coming in & out and when the sgut the door they slammed it every time. Hallway was noisy busy loud with kids crying & running. I 've stayed there before the room was awesome. This room was worn & when using the shower there was black long hair in the drain. Didnt have a good experience this time around. I stayed there a year ago. The pool looked wirned down too plus the window to look out weren't clean.

The worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. The front desk manager just said to me we reviewed the tapes and you thanked Andre YES because he apologised and said let’s let it be and enjoy your stay there will be no charges. I check out and then you try and take $295 out of my bank account t when you were all smiles this morning. Very poor business. Please beware of this hotel. They have done up the reception area but not the rooms it is very old and basic. I called on Sunday and spoke to the receptionist also backing it up with an email that I was traveling with therapy dogs as I am a Therapist. I was told by Andre that I could not leave them In the room then he said it was ok hense thanking him! Then I was charged when I left today. Very sneaky and theft. The manager proudly told me known of this happened! Way to go manager that promotes stealing and lying. Thank goodness I have proof and a great bank!

The entrance and lobby were beautiful but once we squeezed into one of the (2) small elevators our experience began to decline. Out room was okay. The beds were nice but the restroom was dated and not as clean as preferred. The faucet handles were hard to turn on and off. Towel's weren’t in the restroom but in the top of the closet instead. Strange. The biggest disappointment was the gym. The photos online were far off from what it is now. They repainted it a nasty orange instead of the vibrant green in the photos and got rid of the nicer machines that were in the photos online as well. It’s in the basement so if working out in dungeons with bad equipment is your thing. This is perfect. Parking is about $40 a day and breakfast not included so for the price paid, I was disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend.

When I booked I called and Isabel said I could possibly check in early that was good, but I kept checking and that didnt happen no big deal. So when we did arrive a little after 4pm I was so tired we got checked in went to out room amd went right to sleep when we woke up we had an event to go too, but the bed smelled horrible the bed had a fuzzy pillow that smelled urinated on. Made me sicn also the floor was not swept there was hair and dirt then the bathroom around the tub was so dirty. I let the front desk know the guy who checked me out said "oh well so sorry and that was it" what?? Never again!

Dirty! Bed sheets had not been changed. Not once did we see a room being serviced nor hear a vacuum cleaner being used. Room was definitely dirty n dusty. I did note that the room did not smell clean when we got there. Ants all over the floor in the bathroom n dinette area. Rooms don’t look anything like the pictures.

Not sure if the reason why I was put in a room that was very old , tub had mold , tv didn’t even turn off. As I walked down the hall 3 rooms down the inside of the room was completely different looked newer as well as the restroom who had a walk in shower. Maybe I was given that room since I paid booked through a 3rd party Expedia . I will definitely not stay at this hotel and stay at usual hotels .
