The decor on the guest floors was a bit dated to my surprise for a Hyatt Hotel and parking was inconvenient. You needed a room key for access, there was no guidance directing you to check in first and you have to back out, to get out, to go check in. Otherwise though, the Starbucks connects directly to the lobby, hotel has killer views, and it was clean/comfy! Would stay here again!

The water was either scalding or freezing. There wasn’t a trash can in our room so we used grocery sacks during our Stu. There was gum on the floor and the sheets were cold plastic. The feather down comforter was so old it was paper thin. However, the mattress was comfortable. The room thermostat was much like the water, either cold cold or so hot by one degree change. The view was great. We had a corner view to see the arch and downtown.

I like this. That's not pretty. Was directly next to the arch and Park area. I did not like definitely two of the four elevators that reached my room we're operational and had to wait an unreasonable amount of time anytime I needed to use them. All the other guests were very unhappy with this as well! Also, I was given my key card in the little envelope that comes in with room number 1443 written clearly on it by your front desk representative. After searching for that room for nearly 45 minutes, I finally gave up and headed back downstairs to ask where my missing room was. I just happened to see the second key and envelope he gave me and he wrote wrote room 1445 on that one which did exist and both keys worked. Unfortunately, that extra time cost me the ability to dine where I'd planned that night and I was leaving the next morning so I had to miss out on it. My time is valuable to me and both of these things were a significant nuisance and should not occur in a hotel with the Hyatt's standing. You asked for my thoughts so there they are. Thanks for your time.
