"The staff were very friendly. We had a slight room mixup when we checked in but it was resolved quickly and professionally. The room was lovely, plenty of room for the 4 of us. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and all tasted good. This was a hotel in an ideal location, in easy walking distance from our theatre. "

"We stayed here for the location, great access to the Underground, buses, and the West End. The breakfast was not included and too expensive. We tried the English breakfast one day and it was not worth the 24 pounds that they charged. Area was quiet. There was a serious lack of drawers, there wasn’t a dresser. The kitchenette was nice."

"We were bumped by the Grange Blooms hotel into their less attractive but nearby sister hotel, the Grange Whitehall. Great location, but a very average hotel, falling apart a bit."

"The Grange Lancaster was shut and we had no information about this on the website. On arrival, the only information was a tiny notice on the entrance of the hotel redirecting us to another of the grange hotels. On arrival at that hotel, there was no record of our booking and was directed to a third hotel within the chain. We spent over an hour after a long journey trying to check in.
