They have a very accommodating staff, clean, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and face skin care are all provided. Free breakfast was excellent too. I really recommend them for holidayers. "This is the best budget hotel we have stayed in so far in my lifetime. It has more amenities than a 3 star hotel. The room and bathroom is large. Breakfast and laundry were excellent. Service was 4 star quality. Surrounded by restaurants and a department store is nearby. We enjoyed our stay in Busan. "

"Everything is splendid except that doors seem to get old and are quite hard to be opened or closed. This leads to unnecessary noises, and it’s a little bit annoying."

"Check in was easy and the guy behind the desk was cool. However, the walls were thin, the bathtub wasn't exactly clean and the location was hard to find. VIP wasn't my idea of VIP. I honestly can't see myself returning. For the price, I was expecting a lot more that I didn't get."
