I don't know where to start with this review. Overall, i hope i was unlucky but in my experience I found this to be the most inhospitable hotel i have ever stayed in. On check in, i was told to check out the following day because i had 2 bookings and to leave my bags with reception until 3pm. I was OK with this until the next day im shown a notice when they see my bags saying they wont take responsibility for anything lost. Also at check in i was asked to put a hold on my card. As i had paid in full, i refused and was then told they needed it in case i didn't pay. This made no sense and then i was told in case there were damages. I refused. On day 2, a fire alarm goes off at 2am in my room. It was in Korean only. I had no idea what was happening. I received a note under the door. After writing a formal complaint about the incident, the hotel manager stepped in. Im happy with how he resolved the matter and the rest of the staff need to be trained in customer service. Day 3, i went to breakfast at 940am to be told i could not enter as last admittance was at 930. All notices say breakfast finishes at 10am. Its a buffet. You do not order anything so not sure what this is all about either. Fortunately the manager stepped in for me. In addition, as seen from pictures shower taps were not properly connected to the wall in the second room i stayed in. First room had no issues. Other than the tap, the room was to a high standard. It's a shame about all the other details.
