The manager/receptionist is very helpful and accommodating. He speaks very good English and is very friendly to tourists. He even booked a taxi for us and gave us a map around the hotel area to check out. And he booked a spa for us too. This hotel is a gem close by the shopping market and street foods. Close to gamcheon village and busan tower as well.

Very accommodating and great hotel! The receptionist even gave us a map and a list of restaurants and places to check out! He even made a reservation for us to get a spa scrub. Highly recommended!

This hotel interior is very beautiful and simple. The most amazing part of the hotel is the gym! If you are a gym junkie one of the best gym hotel you can ask for! I was surprise the amount of gym equipment it had!

I had one of those rooms with balcony. The room was spacious and an amazing view. The customer service was top notch. The hotel receptionist speaks fluent English, and was very passionate about showing the interesting spots in the nearby areas which has helped us immensely.

The hotel is family owned but provides very good service, clean and tidy. The location is close to Jagalchi fish market where you can have fresh seafood at a good price, it’s also close to Jagalchi station, BIFF square, Lotte mall and more; however, the downside point is the area around is quite dirty but safe. Still highly recommend.

Poor area, not worth it
Poor stay. The area is terrible, it's in the middle of the fish market, smells like fish all the time. The area outside is very gross. The "ocean view" is a view of the fishing boats, nothing special. Not worth it. The rooms are super small, loud noises can be heard from other guests, cleaning people and random loud noises. There are no real cups in the room for coffee, only paper cups. No breakfast option, nothing nice nearby, only smelly fish vendors.

The staff working here are really knowledgeable and make the city very easy to get around. They have a map with sights and food options and have tied that to their Instagram so you can see pictures of the food and restaurant signs which makes it easy to decide and find. Great experience kverall

Great location, was close to the film festival, and a short taxi ride to a close by beach. The staff were super helpful calling us taxis and the rooms were great. The air conditioning was really good, comparable to a north american hotel (not all Korean hotels are like this). We only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again and for longer if we went back to Busan

Great location as its near subway, convenient stores and eateries. We booked an ocean view room and it was huge with great view. Hotel staff and owner spoke English, superb helpful and friendly! Staff assisted to book a taxi to airport one day in advance prior to our departure as our flight departs at 740am next day at a very reasonable price. Would love to stay at the same hotel should we visit Busan again. One comment - if theres a shower curtain installed in the toilet would be great as everytime someone showers, good grief, the bathroom is totally wet!!

Loved how the staff spoke English **! They were so nice and helpful! They answered any questions about the area. When they heard a plan, or a need they were generous with suggestions and options! They helped with the timing and scheduling for event bookings and airport return. Although things were more spartan than our usual American style- we never felt lacking in any way! Loved O2H - hope to stay again! Definitely will recommend to friends and family!!

A great place to stay
The room was very clean and reminded me of a studio apartment minus the kitchen. It has a little entryway where you can leave your shoes. It is the only hotel I’ve stayed at where I felt comfortable going barefoot because the floor looked and felt very clean. The front desk staff was very helpful and attentive, offering to order food delivery, taxis, and recommendations for food. It is in a good location for restaurants and the outdoor markets. My parents enjoyed the sauna/spa, which seemed to be a more traditional type with different temperature pools. The massage was very reasonably priced, 60,000won for a 60 min massage. My dad said we should just live here :)

I had a lovely stay at this hotel for 4 days. It's just a couple of minutes from a main metro line and right by Korea's largest fish market, Jalgalchi Market. I liked that the room was well-designed, had heated floors, and was very comfortable! The staff is also great as the person checking me in gave me a thorough overview of the area and what there was to see. The only downside of the hotel is the area around the hotel can be a bit smelly, likely because of the port/fish. But, other than that, I really enjoyed my stay as the hotel was eco-conscious, comfortable, and had a convenient location!
