"Room booked on Expedia is different from what I was given. Room is nice and clean but the false advertisement is what got me irritated with the service here. 1. They show pictures of the rooftop pool but did not mention the pool is pay to use before booking. 2. Premier Double Room, Sea View listing include a bunch of different rooms, you never know which one you will get. Nor did they send you a picture of the room you will stay prior to coming. 3. customer service has an attitude. The way they...

"The room by itself was acceptable for that price. Nothing special but good enough to get some rest. But all the shared areas are really dirty. Especially the restroom/shower is in a very bad condition and super dirty (even though it gets cleaned). For half the price it would be acceptable. But it was an experience by itself "

"When I arrived it was difficult to find the office but as a non Korean speaking woman, I had plenty of help from the other holiday makers. It was a very comfortable stay. The rooms are brand new and the technology is outstanding. Twenty five minute walk to the markets and very close to public transport. Very clean. "
