"The hotel location is extremely difficult to find. All taxi driver do not know the location of the hotel even after we show them the English and Korean address. We booked for three people stay for two nights and they only provided 1 bath towel and 2 hand towels. The reception lobby closed at 10pm and we weren't informed. "Location was great, place was comfortable just had a huge issue with the toilet that had issues flushing and the corner kept falling off so then we had to keep digging into the tank to put the cap back on, was told there was nothing they could do to fix it, happened multiple times a day which was super annoying and seemed really unhygienic. Would recommend for the location, room was smaller than expected but we only came back to sleep."
