"The hotel location is extremely difficult to find. All taxi driver do not know the location of the hotel even after we show them the English and Korean address. We booked for three people stay for two nights and they only provided 1 bath towel and 2 hand towels. The reception lobby closed at 10pm and we weren't informed. "This is not a hotel, it is a condominium operated by a company. Check in and out was not smooth. They asked us to separate kinds of garbages and bring them to the garbage disposal area where it is a bit far from the building. "

"Location and hotel upkeep is good. I only wish that they would not have left out Toothbrush as a comp amenity and you have to pay for it. This is not a budget hotel and should not be operating this way. I would not recommend going to the attached Casino. The staff operating the roulette and baccarat were talking to each other and to guests which is a strict NO in other countries.
