Only thing inconvenient is the parking is temporarily unavailable due to the city road work. The price is fair too. "Clean modern apartment. Close to tram , metro and supermarket. Everything you need in kitchen was there. However our apartment was next door to a butchers and the noise and smell was off putting. The fridge was very noisy and the shower entrance very small. Only one small pillow and towel each. The apartment is nice but lacked comfort. The ad also said aircon but there was none. "
