Located in very convenient place. Subway station, convenience stores etc. everything is close to the hotel. Guests can use big nice hotel spa. The breakfast was amazing. There are many kinds of food and the restaurant even offered morning wine ^^. I would come back to this hotel when I stay in Hakata for sure!

Enjoyed a great stay at this hotel, comfy beds and linens, clean spaces. Provided pajamas and slippers for the on-site onsen which we used each night! It was busy at times but most people were quick in and out of onsen. Central location, although in the heart of the red light district, still felt safe and very easily walkable to all surrounding areas for food, shopping, and sight seeing. The check in and out process was easy and the skin care set was a lovely touch! Thank you, we would stay here again.

This is the only hotel we've stayed at while on this long trip where the reception desk is on the 13th floor while the guest rooms are below in this high rise building. It was confusing at times.

I paid a little extra to try out this hotel, and in some ways, it was a bit underwhelming. The onsen is much smaller than what is portrayed in the photo. However, it was an easy walk across the street to the metro station. I also appreciated the deodorizer in my room, as it helped mask the smoke smell (i.e., I reserved a smoking room by mistake).

The property charges you if you have a car. I think it's very lazy and a cheap way to get more money from patrons. I wouldn't mind it if the hotel was a "true 5 star" hotel. But as a 3 1/2 star (at best) hotel it's just tackless. The staff was nice however and the location was pretty good with tons of food and bars and restaurants near the hotel.

When we got to our room, it was super hot, and even we lowered the A/C’s temperature setting, it didn’t do anything and I thought it wad broken. It turned out that the main power had been turned off. It was resolved when I called the front desk, so I’d say to make sure you ask the front desk to check the power when you check in! The room was very clean and quiet, although it felt a little tight. So as the bathroom. Bed was comfortable but not the pillows. Staff was cheerful and polite.

位置極之接近地鐵站，中洲川端站1号出口步行不到1分鐘便到達，讚！鄰近有川端通步行街，亦是1分鐘的路程，餐館很多，方便。但，酒店住宿4晚或以上，不是每天提供打掃的，只能選擇一天的房間打掃，其餘日子要自行清理房間拉圾及用过的浴巾，每天上午職員會擺放人數的浴巾和樽裝水連垃圾膠袋在房間門外，有些被配給和假期旅行期間仍要做些家務的感覺。房間是沒有牙膏牙刷的，要自行往13樓攞取（包括卷裝厠紙）。最後，若然要住宿多天的，話，預訂酒店早餐便要認真的考慮，我們住宿了5晚，每天的早餐先是種類選擇不多，而且每天均是100％相同，完全沒有轉款，要連續吃5天同一樣的早餐，到第3天經已受不了，明白要控制成本上的問題，但希望酒店能夠作出適當的改善。

ロビーがハーバルの香りでとても癒されます。スタッフの皆さんも親切で、ホテルも清潔で満足でした。外国の方の利用が多く騒音と大浴場のマナーが少々気になりました。あと部屋のバストイレがタバコ臭く、少々残念でした。

初めて利用しましたが、価格の割に部屋も広く綺麗でした。朝ごはんも種類が多く、非常に満足でした。ただ、2点ほど気になった点としては、朝ごはんの際に席に食事中の札を置いていたのに、韓国人客がその札を無視して私が取っていた席に座っていたので注意するか、事前にもっと説明をしてあげて欲しかったのと、もう1点はWifiの速度が遅かった点です。それ以外はとても良かったです。
