"Spacious, accomodating a family of five very comfortably. Nice pool. Location was ok but there is a very busy road to cross to get to the malls and dining precinct. This may make the location of the accommodation less than ideal for families who have young children in prams, etc. Our host was very helpful and responsive to our needs. "

"This is a lovely quirky hotel which is refreshingly different from all the other chain hotels. We upgraded to premium and had a large four poster bed. A massive shower room. If you fancy a change from the bog standard chain hotels then definitely try this one. "

"Staffs were polite and helpul. Breakfast selection very limited. No aircon along corridor, so will be a little bit warm. Furnitures are old, sofa cushion with a lot of stains. However, the room aircon is very quiet. "

"Generally a good stay with efficient, friendly staff. My only issues were the air con which was a very warm 22C and i had to lower to 16C to get an acceptable coolness. The hot water in the shower was at best lukewarm. Location is excellent."

Bottled water in the room appears to be old with condensation inside the bottle. Toilet paper holder was wobbly. The wood and paint at the toilet door jam was peeling. "My review and feedback is specific to the special villa suite The advertisement of the room being 100M from the hotel is a bit misleading. The villa is an entirely different address, offsite from the hotel and in a residential area. Access to the villa through the hotel back gate. The unit is more an AirBnb not not really a hotel room.
