It is really nice hotel close to Belvedere. Area around it is very quite. You can walk to Innerstadt- approximately 25 mins.

The hotel is alright, the food at breakfast could be improved.The staff was a bit annoying because they tried to clean the room around 8:30 - 9 in the morning. This happened twice during our stay. Also, room was too cold

Very kindly given a higher floor as requested before we arrived. The room was very spacious and cleaned daily. There is a streetcar about a 5 minute walk from the hotel and the trains station is very handy. Plenty of convenience stores nearby so we were never stuck for food/drink. 20 minute walk to the city centre which I loved, but plenty of transport options available.

Our stay was perfect! The location was ideal for us traveling from Salzburg. The staff was very accommodating and the room was clean and spacious. All the amenities were wonderful. We were able to walk to all the various beautiful Christmas markets and attractions. Vienna is beautiful and our stay was perfect !

My staying was great. Walking distance from center. One minute walk to tram station. Singh was very helpful. He took the time to check the temperature in my room because It was too cold for me and he really helped me. Breakfast was good with variety food. I will definitely be back to this hotel.
