"This is an excellent hotel, very close to the centre of Vienna with plenty of places to eat within walking distance, also close to the Underground train system to get around Vienna to view the sights although many are within walking distance. Rooms are large and comfortable and breakfast buffet is varied and plentiful. If you are interested in designer shops again you will be well catered for in the local area. I would have no hesitation to recommend this hotel if staying in Vienna."

"Hotel Imperial is the finest hotel in Vienna. Built as a palace, it has gorgeous lobby areas and restaurants. The rooms are unusually spacious with magnificent furnishing - chandeliers, heavy draperies, large marble bathrooms. Service staff are gracious. "This was the most spacious room we had in all of our travels around Europe. It is centrally located, beautiful, and clean. Since this is a self-checkin property, it isn’t immediately obvious where the entry is and the number of doors to go through to get to the apartment is ‘unique’ but that all added to the charm. "
