"The staff were great, and the rooms were very comfortable and well set out with plenty of space and a useful small kitchen. There is a god gym and laundry (if you're only doing a single wash - talk to the staff as the Miele app takes a minimum 20 Euro top-up, and a wash is less that 5 Euro). "The apartment is easy to find from the main Praterstern train station. Inside, it is well lit and warm (centralised heating) although sometimes I felt it is too warm. All cooking utensils are available and generally the rooms are of good size and furnishing. Shower is great too. 5 stars experience. Coffee machine and fridge were a nice touch. We had a room with a shower as i am a wheelchair user, but i can walk short distances, so the step into the shower wasnt an issue for me. "My room was excellent, and quality of furniture, linen etc. very good. In a good location with quick access to Prater Stern station and the airport. The area is good for walking and the proximity of the Prater I liked. A nice walk to Vienna central and the museums, opera, old buildings etc. was handy. The bar was a handy place for an evening drink. The breakfast was plentiful and good quality. This was my third stay at the hotel."
