"Quite clean and good value. General style is bright and quite basic but room was recently refitted and quite well equipped. Phone charging side table was broken so had to use a charger in reception. Considering the target audience the lack of usb ports was surprising. Staff were friendly and helpful and I would happily stay again."

"Everything was amazing really. My only observation was that given we’re in Vienna, the breakfast maybe could include some sausages? Anyways, besides that I’d say that if your 5 feet 11 inches or taller you probably should not consider the twin bed options as they are pretty small."

"The hotel was excellent - very clean, comfortable and luxurious. The executive lounge as part of the penthouse package was brilliant - with breakfast and drinks included. The room was spacious, with a comfy mattress and pillows. Great location to the historic center of Vienna and to the Christmas Markets - we will be back!"

"The hotel staff was great. The daily cleaning was a joke. The beds were poorly made and nobody emptied the garbage cans for 3 days. The bathroom was not cleaned after room service. I was very confused by the daily room service. Not sure what the standards are. I booked 3 rooms and all of them had the same poor daily room cleaning service. "
