"This is the second time we have stayed at this resort. The staff, service, rooms, food, pools, and beach are all wonderful. We personally feel that the beachfront at this particular hotel is better maintained than any of the others in its vicinity, especially during seaweed season. We definitely recommend and will be returning in the future."

"This was a great hotel to stay in for a couple of days at the start of our Mexico trip. The staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms were generously sized and well appointed. The service at breakfast and by the pool was fantastic and the pool itself was lovely. The hotel was undergoing some renovations while we were there but these were not intrusive on our stay. The beach was a little disappointing due to the Sargassum seaweed that is present in the sea in this area at this time of year but there was plenty of room by the pool if one got there before midday. All the family really enjoyed the stay."

"I people that work there are always happy, very helpful and super courteous. Keyla at the jewelry store was very nice and easy to talk to. The prices are reasonable at the jewelry shop too. The food at all the restaurants and the buffets were very very good. I recommend putting the closed shoe requirement for men on your web site. I was at a beach resort! Who brings shoes to the beach? If I new up front from the beginning I would have worn sneakers."

"I was skeptical staying here because of some reviews i read about this place being boring and how small it is. My opinion, i had a great time. It was a relaxing vacation. No one bothered us. It isnt really a party place but there is a guy to offer you places to go at night (safely of course) but me and my husband just realxed, did full body massages (great massages! We did them twice), enjoyed the service in the pool area (i forgot his name but he was fantastic!) The food wasnt bad but would recommend trying out the restaurants they have. The only complaint i have, during buffet no one serviced us for drinks. Im a coffee person but got no coffee, was tempted to pour myself but my husband convinced me to grab an espresso martini by the pool side haha, thanks Sandos"
