"Conveniently located in Haneda airport close to international Terminal 3. It was a short 5-10 minute walk after picking up our luggage. Check in process was quick and staff was friendly in greeting us. Room was clean and quiet. Eatery was only an escalator away with many choices. Exceeded expectations!"

"This might have been one of my best hotel stays of all time. I've stayed in club level at the best hotels in the United States and none of them come close to the level of service we received at this hotel. Arrival from the cab was simple and easy. I had not touched my bags from getting out until i was unpacking. We had to wair for our room for a few hours so they recommended some activities for us to do in the meantime. "Really like this hotel a lot, always stay here during my trips to Japan. Probably this is the 4th time. It has a 24/7 convenience store and a train station directly in front of the hotel. It also has great views and services are excellent."

"APA hotels (stayed at multiple) they all take care of you and are constantly giving you clean hygiene needs. Very clean, they clean your room I believe it was every 3-4 days even if you don't want it haha but very helpful staff and nice stay! "

"Excellent location, very near to Ueno train station. Though hotel is old but room is clean and the bed was comfortable. Just that no replacement of towels when put the used one outside room , had to call the front desk for new towels. Other than this all good and happy with the stay in this hotel. Would recommend if you are looking for stay near station. Thank you ."

"Really great little hotel in great location. Short walk to 3 train stations as well as local grocer, 7/11 and Family Mart. Stayed with two teenagers and used as a central base to explore Tokyo. Stayed in comfortable and well equipped triple room - with spce for 3 suitcases. Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Loved our stay ❤️"

"Compared to other properties, this hotel was of a slightly longer walk from Tokyo Station (abt 15mins walk from Yaesu Central exit). BUT it is conveniently sandwiched btw 2 subway stations (Kyobashi Stn on the Ginza line and Takaracho Stn on the Asakusa Line), both with entrances right at the doorstep of the hotel, so it makes getting around so so convenient and quick! It’s also within 20mins walking distance from Ginza shopping area, and has a Family Mart right downstairs with the back door connected to the hotel lift lobby. Room was slightly more spacious than other hotels I’ve stayed at within the area, and they have free flow drinks at the hotel cafe throughout the day and even some chazuke in the evening. All in all, very very happy with the stay and the hotel choice."
