Great location - easy to walk to Kanda station and restaurants near Kanda, and convenience stores around. The washer/dryer worked well. The room is relatively spacious and the service was top notched.

My cell phone didn't work in the room. There were a lot of foreign guests, and a drunk Vietnamese guest woke me up at 5am by pressing the fire alarm. I never want to stay here again. The foreign staff at the hotel are friendly and well trained, which is the only 5 star this hotel has.

This was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of room, much bigger than I was expecting for Tokyo. The front desk staff was wonderful! They truly seemed genuinely happy to see us. And finally the washer/dryer combo in our room was nothing short of a miracle. We could put out dirty clothes in at night, and they’d be dry, warm and ready to fold when we woke up.

We had a wonderful stay. This hotel is extremely clean, quiet, and very convenient to train stations and shopping. There are many restaurants nearby within 5 mins walking distance and we also cooked breakfast many mornings for the kids. We highly recommend this hotel for families who want the convenience of having a small kitchen.

I stayed for six days with my boyfriend and our friend. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. The area was perfect, close to two train stations and only about a 15- to 20-minute walk to Akihabara. I would definitely recommend it. It was also my birthday during my stay, and the staff left a super cute birthday card in the room for me with some snacks. I loved it.
