"Excellent value! There is a 7-eleven downstairs and the staff was very friendly during check-in. Block away from Don Quijote and there's an all-you-can eat shabu downstairs too. Unfortunately, there was a loud group of students staying at this hotel during my stay that ruined my experience. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place!"

"We stayed here on our drive back into Tokyo, and the location was super convenient—right off the freeway. The staff was really friendly and even offered a complimentary drink and treat when we checked in. I didn’t get a chance to use the onsen, but I really wish I had. "Staff is very responsive and attentive. Having an in room onsen is great so that we can take a dip in it any time we like. Although the property is a little out of the way, they can always take you to near by bus or train station upon request. Dinner and breakfast are served inside the room. You sit on the floor and the table is about 12-14" high. Sitting cross leg may be uncomfortable to those who are not used to it. Getting up from that sitting position may be difficult for some."
