"Hard to live here without a car, it’s far from downtown in a city without much commotion. Everything else is satisfactory but soundproof is a problem, can clearly hear other people and cleaning staff when they simply walking by outside, and neighbors accidentally banging on the wall is a bit scary ..."

"We had a great overnight stay in Gotemba. The only negative was the bed was so hard. I like a firm mattress but this was beyond firm. The breakfast buffet was excellent."
