"What an amazing hotel. The rooms are absolutely beautiful. The bathtub on the balcony is actual hot spring water. The place is immaculate. The gym is also very nice. And also, it's easy walking to Giza where all the food is. I would definitely stay here again. Hopefully even more nights."

"Very difficult to access the Hotel as there is no parking at the street entry level. The taxi dropped us off at the adjacent Hotel. The fact the Hotel does not have its name on the outside of the building adds to the confusion. The Hotel does offer a great view but the facility is tired and in need of a remodel. The staff however is excellent and made the stay more enjoyable. The internet photos do not represent the current condition of the Hotel."

"Amazing hotel with excellent food, drinks and views. Had a room with the hot tub on the terrace and I was using this a lot during my two day stay. One word of caution if you come by train and with luggage: the slopes are very steep so I suggest to use a taxi which will set you back around 1250 JPY."

"Disappointing. We arrived late at night, and no one was at the reception. Despite trying to call, we received no answer. After waiting 20 minutes, the concierge finally appeared but didn't bother checking our travel documents. The physical key provided was difficult to use, and the lack of English or French speakers made it impossible to seek information. We felt lost and decided to check out early. It was NOT a pleasant experience, definitely NOT. 😔"
