"The Hotel Helvetia was perfect for my short stay in Zermatt. I had read many of the previous reviews so I was prepared. The hotel is a short 5 minute walk from the train station, there is no elevator and my room was quite small but had a balcony overlooking the street filled with people. The hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants. This hotel was quite reasonably priced and in a great location."

I sent a few queries through via whats app such as do they serve dinner there and do i need to bk and i was promptly answered. Upon checkin kristiane couldnt have been more helpful. She had already bked us a table for dinner at the time i requested and then went through the different tourist options such as gornergrat and sunnega which we ended up doing both and her...
