"A romantic, traditional Swiss Chalet feel to the hotel with a wonderful staff. If you want a view of the Matterhorn make sure you request it when booking. Even without it, step outside to and have a coffee or meal at the Old Zermatt across the street and you have the best view of the mountain when she is out! There are two restaurants in the hotel and both of them are excellent with friendly and professional staff!"

"Get a room with the view it’s so worth it. We woke up every morning looking at the Matterhorn. Great staff, nice breakfast very comfortable room, good size. Short downhill walk into town and then of course back up after dinner but so worth it for that view. There is an elevator a bit further up the hill you can also take. Hotel has a jitney for your luggage. "
