"We had an amazing stay! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful with any additional requests we had. After a long day of skiing, the spa facilities were a perfect way to relax and unwind. The food was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails were just as impressive. We will definitely be returning!"

"Very nice hotel. I lucked out and got a room with a balcony. Room and facilities were well thought out to accommodate a ski vacation. Room was very clean and housekeeping was excellent. Price was on the low end for Zermatt so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I would stay here again and would recommend it to a single or couple travelling for a ski vacation."

"Above expectations all around. We stayed for our honeymoon, and it was perfect. Tranquil, separated from the aprés scene, perfect ski in ski out for first tracks every day before the gondolas started bringing people from town. Breakfast and dinner were included and absolutely top tier dining every day. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The baggage service from the train was incredibly helpful so that we didn’t have to haul our luggage across the ski hill. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We plan on returning! "

Wonderful Staff, Terrible Hotel

"Should be a 2 star hotel not 3. Pros: - Ski-in, ski-out - Great, friendly staff Cons: - Old, run-down hotel - Poor quality food in the restaurant - Flies in the bedroom - Bedsheet and towels are low quality linen cloth - Had no hot water for showers through-out stay - Cleaners came into room despite a Do Not Disturb sign on door - No kettle, iron or safe - Lift was often broken"
