"Hotel is in outstanding location. It’s the best in my opinion. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We arrived very early due to our flight. They were able to provide a room immediately without additional charge for early check-in. Liked everything about the hotel, but was disappointed that a la carts breakfast wasn’t available. We opted out of breakfast buffet. Nothing special and overpriced."

"This is my go-to hotel while visiting London. The beds are extremely comfortable, they have excellent walk-in showers with both a rainflow and handheld shower head. The location is superb with Hyde Park within a minutes walk and there are two Tube Staions within a few minutes walk. As well there are plenty of restaurants to choose from on Queensway. The staff are wonderful, especially Ioana who went out of her way to help me. I highly recommend this Hotel. "
