"This is my go-to hotel while visiting London. The beds are extremely comfortable, they have excellent walk-in showers with both a rainflow and handheld shower head. The location is superb with Hyde Park within a minutes walk and there are two Tube Staions within a few minutes walk. As well there are plenty of restaurants to choose from on Queensway. The staff are wonderful, especially Ioana who went out of her way to help me. I highly recommend this Hotel. "

"The hotel was beautiful, the bar areas were fantastic and the staff were very friendly. Hasan booked me in on arrival and he couldn’t have been nicer. The room itself was perfect for one person with an excellent shower and it was super clean. Would definitely stay here again. "
