"Beautiful new property! Excellent staff! AJ and Rebecca at the front desk were phenomenal and made our stay a true pleasure. Corrina in the restaurant made our breakfast a pleasant experience each morning. All the staff including the manager Kat made us feel like we were at home. "Loved that it was a unique older small hotel. The room was beautifully styled. Just a little disappointed that I couldn’t get in my room until 4pm. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. Bar closed. Restaurant limited hours. I wasn’t able to enjoy my VIP perk of a free drink. I suggest let the free drink be something from the fridge in the room if bar and restaurant are closed. Staff were friendly. I would stay again."

"The address in google is the intercontinental about a half mile away. There is no signage so if you do not have the check-in email, it is very difficult to find. Once you are in though, it is a great place and well located a block from downtown/Alamo."

Awesome budget stay

"Great budget friendly stay for family of 3! Friendly desk clerks, valet parking, and easy access to walk to many downtown attractions. Didn’t try the restaurant. But the cafe in the first floor is awesome! Bonus was the game room to keep myself and kiddo busy early in the morning while dad slept in. We will definitely stay here again. A+"

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay. We were in San Antonio to celebrate his birthday. From the front desk to the valet staff everyone did an amazing job. Eduardo checked us in and Cody checked us out. Both were a pleasure to meet. I will definitely be back. The ongoing construction at the Alamo could pose a problem but not for us. Mrs Brown "

The hotel fragrance is was attracted me back and it was for my birthday, Upon checking in we were greeted by everyone and at the desk asked if there was a special reason for our stay. I was sent a slice of birthday cake and it was TO DIE FOR!!!! I enjoyed my stay!!"
