The only parking is on the street and we were worried about our vehicles during our stay. "The staff was great, check in was easy and smooth, and it was a quiet area even though it was right up against a major highway. When I walked in to my room there were several dead crickets along the beds and in the bathroom. The beds were very uncomfortable. They both felt like a bunch of springs on a metal frame. No cushion to speak of."

"This is a great option if you're staying in San Antonio. I missed the deadline to book accommodations onsite at the conference I was attending and came across the Riverwalk Plaza on Expedia. It's tucked away a bit (my uber driver was shocked to learn of this hotel lol), but it's a nice spot and less than a 5 min walk to the main streets. The lobby and my room were both clean, cozy and well maintained. When I messaged the front desk about issues with the room's heating, they sent someone to fix it immediately. Niche, the hotel's coffee shop, is lovely as well. "
