"It's a historic hotel that's right across the street from the Alamo and a couple short blocks from the Riverwalk. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was substantial with many options for everyone. We enjoyed our stay here."

"I would say your manager needs to take a look at your staff looking at the breakfast on the 9th floor they are all walking around from the show walking dead also none of the burners were on for the breakfast brunch at 10:00 am. Also the nite before one young lady was serving practically the whole bar area - the others were hiding behind a curtain in the ROJO lounge pretty sad when so many young ones want jobs. Hope your manager takes a walk around! I was not impressed first morning coffee...

"The location of hotel was in walking distance to the river walk. The receptionist who greeted us at check in was very friendly and welcoming. The receptionist at checkout bother other hand was not. She didn’t say hello. "
