"Very convenient and friendly hotel. The entire staff speaks English and are more than willing to answer questions, bring extra amenities to your room etc. The hotel itself is very close to Shinjuku station and lots of shopping and restaurants. Huge plus for having a conbini downstairs, we went there every night for snacks! This was our second stay at the hotel and I’m sure it will be our first choice on our next trip to Tokyo also."

"All around great hotel for a first stay in Tokyo. Above all the staff are very fluent in English and incredibly helpful -- the concierge was so great for making reservations, suggesting great restaurants that weren't touristy, and since they use WhatsApp w guests incredibly easy to communicate with even when we were out and about. "A fantastic stay to kick off our 2 weeks in Japan. The room was clean and a good size. Fantastic shower and comfortable bed. Having a washer/dryer in the room was very useful. The staff were fantastic and managed transporting our luggage to our next hotel. Lots of choice at breakfast, including traditional Japanese options. Would definitely recommend. "

"We had a great time staying at this hotel. Although it is considered a love hotel, we felt it was safe and perfect for our purpose of traveling. There are lots of amenities including free water, alcohol, coffee, and cola. The area around the hotel is awesome…tons of dining options, close to trains and shopping, and a family mart across the street for anything else you may need. Especially at this price point, the hotel is perfect. We also used the private bath which was a relaxing experience. "
