"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. Great price, great location

"Absolutely loved our stay, from check in the staff were all very friendly and happy to help! We had two twin rooms next to each other, as requested, the view was lovely and it was nice and quiet. Rooms do need updating, but they were very clean, warm and comfortable. We would stay here again."
