"They don't tell you you can't park anywhere, and that you have to walk 2 blocks because of construction. We couldn't change our reservation even though we made it within 24 hrs. My Mom is 77 years old, and there was not one mention of parking and walking 2 blocks"

"Everything good less the air conditioner. They need maintenance. Air conditioning consoles need maintenance. They were extremely dirty. I don't smoke and I only had a beer, I say this for the next thing I'm going to say. From the first day I started a brutal nasal cogestion and I'm not exaggerating. At the end of my stay I ended up with a cold. Since I came for Adele's concert, I won't be able to sing. But at least, the treatment at check-in was good."
