"The house was ready for us when we arrived early and the owner was friendly and helpful. Once inside the house was clean, tidy and well organised, Once we were shown where everything was and the house rules, The owner left us to it and said to ring if we needed anything. "The flat was tidy but not very clean in places especially the pull out bed which was damp, smelly and stained. One of the double bed was uncomfortable with a lumpy mattres. We only had enough bedding for two beds even though we booked for six people. Was a sleepless night had by all. Had no heating as couldn't get the boiler to work, had hot water but no heating. "The hotel was homey, and had a cool lobby & garden pub that felt like a local hangout. So it felt like we were locals and not visitors from the US. Best part of the location was how close it really is to the train station! 1/4 block which made getting around London super convenient. "The hotel was in a great location. The hotel employees super helpful and accommodating. Valeria at the front desk was very attentive and provided a high customer service, always checking how our stay was and if we needed anything. I highly recommend this hotel and we will be back as well! "

"Fantastic stay and service. The family room we booked wasnt available but we were given 2 rooms for the same price and free breakfast and cocktails to make up for this...over and above. The bed was exceptionally comfy. The staff were wonderful.Perfect for an overnight stay after a concert at the 02. Would definitely go back."
