Whilst the location and the room were very convenient, I encountered a very rude and unprofessional gentlemen, who was acting as a « manager » in the evening. I faced an issue with a waiter who « forgot » to return my change after I paid a bill in the Bar.. I went to speak to the person on duty and faced the most rude person I have ever encountered. He told me that I should respect the staff and that if I was thinking to post a comment online, he would remove it. No attempts were made to listen to me nor to apologise. During the entire stay, lifts were not working or only partially. WIFI is very poor in the rooms on the first deck. I will certainly not return nor recommend this place.

A fabulous place to stay when at the excel centre or for the O2 it was unique and big rooms too very clean and comfortable good breakfast and good staff

Lovely spacious room which was very clean. Great that it’s close to the chairlifts to take you over to the O2 as not much to do that side of the dock. Overall had a lovely time and staff were extremely friendly. Good English breakfast too .

We arrived early but were willing to wait to check in. The front desk staff saw how tired we were and checked us in early. It was lovely and relaxing. The restaurant was divine! The food was amazing! Thanks so much to all the Sunborn staff for making out stay relaxing and wonderful!

This is a great place to stay that is ideally located for the Excel centre, BUT there are a few cleanliness and maintanence issues that are overlooked by them

Very friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed, very good breakfast but room was uninhabitable - far too hot, aircon not working. Eventually moved to alternate room but still very warm (24c) needed fan in room to move air around. Poor night's sleep

Beautiful yacht,However we wanted to see tge view of upper deck and it was closed so couldn’t enjoy that.Restaurant doesn’t have many options for vegan in breakfast.I requested the restaurant that its my husband’s birthday so that they can make some special arrangements atleast a dessert with happy birthday on it,but i think they don’t read messages of the customers plus after finishing our dinner,staff came to collect the payment of bill and never handedover rest of the cash back to is ,eventhough we wanted him to keep the money as a tip but he never asked for it at kept it.

The property itself is lovely we had a lovely stay apart from the fact that the parking cost £25 at Novetel for the night and my car got damage going into the car park, the car park is extremely small and hard to get in and out, this is the one that was recommended by the hotel avoid this car park.
