"Several issues encountered: 1. Booking price stated on the Expedia did not reflect the same price in fact I have paid more on site 2. First Room given to me has issue with the card sensor/lock and not able to open the main door from inside 3. Card sensor from second room change unable to detect inside room slot holder 4. Third room change water pressure inside toilet was too slow Hope u can rectify above problem "

"We booked thru expedia at towards the end of the day 12am.. when we reached the hotel the staff told us the rooms were sold out. Made us wait for about 1 hour to wait for her to call the manager.. we were so sleepy just need a place to sleep.. she couldnt decide and not flexible by arranging another room for us. We were ok even if the room being downgraded. She even suggested us to cancel, it was booked the day itself how can I cancel? Who is going to refund? Partly is the system error and...
